
Chart-topping pop artist Kesha has added a new achievement to her resume: CEO and Co-Founder of community platform Smash.

Kesha co-founded Smash with Alan Cannistraro (CTO) and Lagan Sebert (COO), alongside a team of music industry and tech veterans.
Speaking with Wired, she described Smash as "a place where artists and music makers of any kind can have community, they can collaborate, they can hire each other and retain all the rights to everything they create."
She added: "Think LinkedIn for music creators with a Fiverr-style marketplace where you can offer your services or hire each other."

As per Wired, Smash has begun its first seed round of funding.
The Smash website is currently a landing page asking for people to sign up for updates.
