Don Elford to Depart Legends Global
The Director of Global Partnerships (APAC) will finish up on October 3
Australian live industry veteran Don Elford is parting ways with Legends Global, with his last day scheduled for Friday October 3.
The future:
Elford says he will be focusing on “personal priorities.”
In a statement, Legends says the global partnership, naming rights and sponsorships, and activations areas in the region will now draw on the company’s teams in North America and Europe.
The past:
Elford has been in the industry for more than 30 years, including senior stints with ASM Global, which was acquired by Legends in 2023.
Prior he was the Director of Marketing for the Sydney Kings basketball team, and earlier occupied roles in ticketing and venues in Sydney and Canberra.
Elford’s most recent role was Director, Global Partnerships (APAC) at Legends Global.
