Believe Announces AZTEC, its First US Label
300 Entertainment veteran Az Cohen will lead the new venture
Believe, the diversified music company based in Paris, has launched its first-ever US-based record label: AZTEC. Az Cohen will be at the helm of this label following his successful run at 300 Entertainment.
The details:
AZTEC will be based in Believe’s New York office.
First artist signings will be announced “in the coming months.”
The label will use Believe’s global network to support its clients.
Background:
While at 300, Cohen launched Sparta Distribution, which focused on distribution and artist development.
This branch of the company brought 8 billion streams to the label.
Cohen also managed Post Malone earlier in his career.
