Lady Gaga, in association with Apple Music, is bringing her Mayhem era to an end with a live concert film.
Gothic reimagining:
Apple Music Live: Lady Gaga Mayhem Requiem captures the artist in a one-off, intimate performance at The Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles’ Koreatown in January.
It features Gaga performing among the scattered ruins of the lavish Mayhem Ball façade, the stage set she toured around the world in support of her GRAMMY-winning sixth studio album, Mayhem.
Throughout she performs reimagined arrangements of Mayhem songs including “Abracadabra” and “Disease” largely at the piano or synth.
How to watch:
The film will premiere on Apple Music on May 14 at 8pm PT, with non-Apple Music subscribers able to watch the stream as it premieres.
Subscribers can stream the full performance and live album, produced with Apple’s spatial audio technology, on-demand.
The film will also play at 15 AMC theater locations around the US at 8pm PT on May 14.
