Young The Giant

Young the Giant is an American rock band formed in Irvine, California, in 2004. The band consists of Sameer Gadhia (lead vocals), Jacob Tilley (guitar), Eric Cannata (guitar), Payam Doostzadeh (bass), and Francois Comtois (drums). Originally known as The Jakes, they changed their name in 2009 after signing with Roadrunner Records. Their breakthrough came with their 2010 self-titled debut album featuring hits like "Cough Syrup" and "My Body." The band has released several successful albums including Mind Over Matter (2014) and Home of the Strange (2016), showcasing their indie rock sound with multicultural influences.
