The Libertines
The Libertines are an English rock band formed in London in 1997 by Carl Barât and Pete Doherty. They gained notoriety in the early 2000s as part of the garage rock revival. The band released three full-length LPs, with the first two produced by Mick Jones of The Clash. After disbanding in 2004, they reformed in 2010 and have since released new music and toured.
