Various Artists Management Announces Key Senior Appointments

The additions reflect the talent agency’s “significant expansion”

Various Artists Management (VAM), the international talent agency that represents performers such as Melanie C, Rose Gray, Tom Grennan, Good Neighbours and The Libertines, has announced a series of key appointments within its London headquarters.

Rebecca Dixon:

  • Dixon has been appointed to the newly defined role of Global Head of Marketing & Strategy.

  • She will focus on shaping the company’s wider direction and developing high-level global strategies for VAM’s clients worldwide, as per the media statement.

George Shepherd:

  • Shepherd has been promoted to Associate Director, and will oversee the creative development and strategic direction of the company’s full roster while representing his artist and writer-producer clients.

  • He has to date been instrumental in shaping the careers of Ashnikko, Rose Gray, Sad Night Dynamite, Glen Roberts and Joe Rubel.

Keyleigh Ramchand-Bentley:

  • Ramchand-Bentley has been appointed General Manager UK.

  • She will lead the UK office with a focus on operational excellence, day-to-day execution, and team management.

Kelley Fox:

  • Fox joins as Senior International A&R, working across both VAM and Alternative Songs, the joint venture music publishing company formed by VAM and independent music publisher Stellar Songs (Tim & Danny Music).

  • Based in the UK, Fox will play a pivotal role in the discovery and development of new talent, further strengthening the company’s international roster.
