Rosa Lagarrigue Management (RLM) is a pioneering Spanish music management and booking company founded in 1980 by Rosa Lagarrigue. The company has managed prominent Latin and Spanish artists including Miguel Bosé, Mecano, Alejandro Sanz, Raphael, Sara Baras, and Rozalén. RLM became a leading player in artist management and contracting in national and international markets. In May 2025, Universal Music's Global Talent Services acquired RLM, with founder Rosa Lagarrigue joining GTS as executive vice president.
