Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., born November 20, 1942, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, is the 46th President of the United States (2021-2025). He previously served as the 47th Vice President under Barack Obama (2009-2017) and as a U.S. Senator from Delaware for 36 years (1973-2009). Biden graduated from the University of Delaware and Syracuse University College of Law, becoming one of the youngest senators ever elected at age 29.
