Doves are an English indie rock band formed in Wilmslow, Cheshire in 1998. The band consists of singer/bassist Jimi Goodwin and twin brothers Jez Williams (guitar) and Andy Williams (drums). They emerged from the ashes of dance act Sub Sub after a studio fire, transitioning to alternative rock and achieving critical acclaim with albums like 'Lost Souls' and 'The Last Broadcast'.
