Wasserman Music Adds New London Hires Across Key Divisions
The tour marketing, artist services and artist representation teams all benefit
Global music agency Wasserman Music has expanded its global footprint with the hiring of three new London-based executives, Paul Ryan, Chris Lander and Rebecca Laurie. Existing Wasserman Music staffer Laura Flynn has been promoted.
Paul Ryan:
Ryan brings his decades of experience in management, promotion and agency leadership to the role of Senior Vice President and Agent.
He will continue to work with rock and metal acts including Sleep Token, Architects, Bring Me The Horizon, Lamb of God and more.
Chris Lander:
Lander joins as Vice President, expanding Wasserman Music’s footprint in the podcast space.
He is the latest addition to the company’s artist services team – which identifies and executes opportunities for artists beyond touring – and previously led creative development and talent partnerships for podcasts such as My Therapist Ghosted Me.
He also represented major UK comedians such as James Acaster, Nish Kumar, and Deborah Frances-White.
Rebecca Laurie:
As Manager on the Tour Marketing team, Laurie will oversee the marketing for domestic and global tours across UK agents.
Previous roles include day-to-day manager for Tom Odell and Mystery Jets at UROK, Key Account Manager at DICE, and a five-year tenure at AEG in festival and tour marketing.
Laura Flynn:
Flynn was promoted from Senior Coordinator to Manager, Tour Marketing in September.
She’s since worked on tour launches for RAYE, Louis Tomlinson and more.
What they said:
Alex Hardee, Wasserman Music EVP & Managing Executive: “We’re thrilled to welcome Paul, Chris, and Rebecca to our team, and to have Laura join our tour marketing division. Each brings a unique skill set that strengthens our presence in the UK and broadens the opportunities we can deliver for our artists. Their passion, experience, and vision will be invaluable as we continue to grow.”
