Warner Music has appointed Jean-Sebastien Permal to the newly created role of Senior Vice President of A&R for Central Europe and EMEA. In this position, Permal will have a hand in A&R strategy across Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, and Belgium, in addition to the Middle East and Africa.
