Tixr Partners with the UK’s Propaganda Independent Venues

Tixr has entered an exclusive ticketing partnership with UK grassroots venue company Propaganda Independent Venues (PIV).

The deal:

• Tixr will handle the ticketing for PIV’s portfolio of venues, including the Barfly in Camden Town, XOYO London and Birmingham, Cardiff’s Tramshed and The Globe.

• PIV will maintain full ownership of its fan relationships and data.

• The companies say this is an opportunity to update what Tixr’s Wayne Grierson calls the “rigid, outdated ticketing infrastructure that limits what [grassroots venues] can offer fans and artists alike.”

Backstory:

• PIV was formed in late 2025 when Dan Ickowitz-Seidler and Richard Buck purchased TEG’s UK venue portfolio.
