ROSTR Unveils Promoter Database at IEBA Conference, Hosts Partner Events in Nashville
ROSTR announced ROSTR Promoters on the Main Stage at the 56th IEBA Conference, then hosted a rooftop happy hour and a dinner with partners
This year marked ROSTR’s first activation at the International Entertainment Buyers Association, which took place October 4-6 in Nashville. Throughout the conference, ROSTR unveiled its next product ROSTR Promoters, hosted a happy hour at The Pinnacle’s rooftop bar alongside Legends Global and Please & Thank You, and hosted an intimate dinner afterwards with Tixel.
Main Stage reveal:
Shortly following its Venues directory launch, ROSTR announced that ROSTR Promoters, the first searchable promoter database, will launch in 2027, on the Main Stage at Grand Hyatt Nashville on Sunday, October 4.
ROSTR's Chief Growth Officer Vivian Wang Donohue delivered the news alongside Brian Wagner (IEBA Executive Director) & Adam Weiser (IEBA Chairman) with more than 150 live industry professionals in attendance.
Each promoter profile will include information about past artists they’ve booked, events they’ve produced, and their primary locales.
Vivian Wang Donohue, Chief Growth Officer, The ROSTR Group: “Promoters carry the financial risk on every show that goes on sale, and they are the least documented job in the business. We had to do venues first, because you cannot map a promoter without knowing the rooms. This is the other half of that.”
Happy hour on the roof:
The evening after the Main Stage session, ROSTR, Legends Global and VIP experiences partner Please & Thank You co-hosted an invite-only happy hour at Flat Top Box, on the rooftop of The Pinnacle, a block from the conference.
The guest list was built around promoters and the agents and managers they book with, the same audience ROSTR Promoters is designed to serve.
Nearly 300 guests attended on Monday, October 5 from companies including AEG Presents, Red Light Management, Live Nation, WME, Messina Touring Group, UTA, AXS, StubHub, Sixthman & more.
Alongside custom cocktails for each host company, all partners set up a merch activation in The Pinnacle lobby, with ROSTR inviting promoters to sign up for early access to ROSTR Promoters in exchange for exclusive merch.
Admit One at Adele’s:
Admit One brought together key players across the live music ecosystem for an evening of conversation and connection at Adele's in Nashville's Gulch neighborhood.
Hosted by ROSTR and fan-to-fan resale platform Tixel, the dinner was designed to strengthen relationships across the industry and create opportunities for collaboration beyond the conference floor.
Mark Williamson, Co-Founder & CEO, The ROSTR Group: "We're all about connecting professionals online, and now starting to bring this into the real world. We aim to work with partners who add to what we do at ROSTR and are additive to the music business. Tixel is doing incredible work in the live events space and we're stoked to be partners with them."
Juan Torres, VP of Commercials, Tixel: "This was a great evening with ROSTR, Tixel, and some of the most influential movers in the industry who make this all happen. We're looking forward to hosting more of these with ROSTR."
