Tips Music Acquires Studio Radha’s Catalog

India-headquartered Tips Music has acquired Studio Radha’s complete music catalog, adding more than 4,000+ Gujarati and Kutchi tracks to its portfolio.

The deal:

• Tips Music gains traditional songs spanning devotional music, folk music, and cultural narratives from the Indian state of Gujarat.

• Tips will distribute Studio Radha’s catalog across major streaming platforms and digital services.

• As per the company’s statement, the acquisition is part of Tips Music’s “strategic expansion into regional markets, delivering authentic folk traditions with contemporary reach to Indian and global audiences.”

• Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
