Tiny Vinyl Expands into Europe
Taps Ruben Planting to lead European operations
After debuting its miniature collectible vinyl records in the US last year, Tiny Vinyl is expanding into the European market.
Size matters:
Tiny Vinyls are four-inch vinyl records that can hold roughly four minutes of music on each side.
The uniquely numbered, limited-edition collectibles are available in the US via partnerships with retailers such as Target.
Artists such as Rihanna, Chappell Roan, Ariana Grande, Gracie Abrams, Tate McRae, Olivia Rodrigo, Frank Sinatra, The Rolling Stones, Bruno Mars, Black Sabbath and Mötley Crüe have had their music appear on Tiny Vinyl.
Expansion:
The company has appointed Ruben Planting to head its European expansion.
Planting has held leadership roles at Deepgrooves Vinyl Pressing, Making Vinyl, Music Declares Emergency Netherlands, Four Framed and others.
Chappell Roan’s Tiny Vinyl is expected to be available in Europe in early 2026.
What they said:
Neil Kohler and Jesse Mann, Tiny Vinyl founders: “Ruben brings a wealth of experience in international music distribution and revenue growth strategies and is uniquely positioned to connect US innovation and European retail. By connecting with the resurgent European vinyl market, he will continue our success abroad with dedicated partnerships with retailers and bespoke editions for artist fan clubs, gifting, and tours.”
