Sony Music Publishing Taps Sarah Pickering as VP Creative & Writer Services
Pickering will continue to serve as Co-Head of Sync
Sarah “Pixie” Pickering has been promoted to Vice President, Creative & Writer Services, Co-Head of Sync at Sony Music Publishing (SMP). She will remain in the company's London office, reporting to SMP's Co-Managing Director UK, Tim Major, and President & Co-Managing Director UK, SVP International, David Ventura.
Pixie’s new role:
Pickering will continue to co-lead SMP’s UK sync team as she has since 2020.
She will focus on creating more opportunities for SMP’s roster across all media.
She will also spearhead synergy with Sony Music and Sony companies working in film, television, and video games to increase the reach of SMP songwriters and catalogs.
