Oak View Group (OVG) has appointed Simon Hanna as Senior Vice President of Operations.
The role:
As per Pollstar, Hanna will oversee the operational delivery of OVG’s expanding portfolio of live entertainment venues.
He will be tasked with elevating fan experience, driving commercial performance and leading business-wide innovation.
He will work closely with Rebecca Kane Burton, Executive Vice President of Venue Management for OVG International, and Michalis Fragkiadakis, Senior Vice President of Hospitality Strategy for OVG International.
Work history:
Hanna has played a role in delivering large scale operations for events such as the 2024 Paris Olympics and the 2023 Rome Ryder Cup, while working at iconic venues such as Wembley, Murrayfield, Cheltenham Racecourse and Lord’s.
He was most recently Chief Operating Officer at Freemans Event Partners.
