Rosyln Pineda has been appointed President of Sony Music Publishing Asia (SMP Asia), effective immediately. She succeeds longtime SMP Asia President Carol Ng, who will remain with the company until she retires at the end of March.
The role:
Pineda will oversee creative and business operations across multiple Asian territories.
She is responsible for strengthening key relationships with clients and industry partners, and garnering global support for SMP songwriters in the region.
She will be based in Hong Kong, and will report directly to SMP President, International, Guy Henderson.

Pineda was most recently the General Manager of Sony Music in the Philippines, and prior to that, Sony Music’s Vice President, Artist Relations & Business Development, Asia.
