The publisher will work across the Thin Lizzy frontman’s storied catalog
Music publisher Primary Wave Music has announced its partnership with the estate of Thin Lizzy co-founder and frontman, Phil Lynott.
The details:
Primary Wave will work alongside the estate on Lynott’s interest in his music publishing catalog, as well as his recordings.
The publisher will provide marketing support across Lynott’s catalog, which includes his work with Thin Lizzy (including songs such as “The Boys Are Back in Town” and “Dancing in the Moonlight”), solo work, and collaborations.
The estate will also have access to Primary Wave’s licensing/sync, content, and branding teams.
Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
