Primary Wave Enters Partnership with Mike Edwards of Jesus Jones

Primary Wave Music has partnered with Mike Edwards, lead singer and songwriter of GRAMMY-nominated British band Jesus Jones.

The deal:

• The partnership covers Edwards’ catalog of music, including Jesus Jones’ debut album Liquidizer and breakthrough follow-up Doubt, through to their 2001 release, London.

• Included are some of the band’s biggest hits such as “Right Here Right Now,” “Real Real Real,” “Info Freako,” “International Bright Young Thing,” “The Devil You Know,” and others.

• The partnership will also give Edwards access to Primary Wave’s marketing team and publishing infrastructure, which includes digital strategy, licensing, sync opportunities, and film & TV production.

Busy few months:

• The partnership adds to Primary Wave’s recent run of catalog deals.

• Since May the music publisher has entered partnerships with Intocable, Aubrey “Po” Powell, Pete Townshend, and the Estate of Donna Summer.
