The moves come as Olivia Dean, Sam Fender and more dominate UK charts

Polydor Label Group (PLG) has announced a series of key internal promotions.

Elevation:

  • Jodie Cammidge has been appointed sole Managing Director of PLG.

  • Paddy Mclean has been elevated to General Manager of PLG, where he will take on expanded responsibilities across day-to-day marketing and execution.

  • Jade Bradshaw moves into the role of General Manager of 0207 Def Jam, while maintaining her responsibilities with the PLG international roster.

  • She will be charged with delivering innovative campaigns and championing talent across UK music and beyond.

  • Helen Fleming and Ali Tant have been promoted to Directors of Marketing, with PLG noting their marketing successes for artists such as Glass Animals, Sam Fender, Lewis Capaldi, Florence + The Machine and more.
