David Bradley has jumped from WME to CAA, where he co-led the pop division and built his reputation working with artists including Dua Lipa, LCD Soundsystem, and Carly Rae Jepsen on international touring across Asia, Australia, and Europe.

Damon Whiteside is stepping down as ACM CEO after six-and-a-half years, with his official exit set for June 30. The organization has formed a search committee to identify his successor.

Tony van de Berkt is stepping into the CEO role at Universal Music Netherlands, succeeding Kees van der Hoeven following his December retirement. The 8Ball Music founder brings over 25 years of experience to the position after UMG acquired his indie company in March 2025.

GoDigital Music has tapped Lauren Demarte as its first-ever COO. The former Cinq Music Group SVP of Marketing will lead operational strategy across the company's global music and tech businesses.

Tape Room Music has named Alicia Pruitt as CCO/President, A&R, reporting to CEO and Founder Ashley Gorley. Pruitt joins from Warner Chappell Music, where she spent years as a senior A&R executive.

• AXS promoted Julie Lamb to Chief Talent Officer and Jason Boxer to CFO.

• Madison House Booking Agency is merging into Dynamic Talent International, adding Adam Bauer and Jennaya Ramirez as partners and pushing the agency's roster to 600+ clients.

• Position Music appointed Garrett Ream and Mikelle Schwartz as co-heads of its label division, with Ream leading creative and Schwartz overseeing marketing.

• Better Noise Music promoted Michael Lombardi to CCO and Erick Charles to VP of Marketing, and added Sarah Sigro as a Nashville-based marketing hire.

• Sony Music Publishing named Stephanie Ortiz, formerly Believe's head of label, as GM of its new Philippines division.

• Symphonic Distribution upped Guji Lorenzana to Director, A&R and Client Development, APAC, and brought on Arie Legowo and Abegail Ungab to round out the regional team.

• BMI has named John Powenski as SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, reporting to President & COO Todd Horvath and based in Nashville.

• Conway Entertainment Group has hired Sherry May as Talent Buyer and Venue Consultant, supporting the launch of the firm's new CEG Live consulting division.

• The Syndicate hired Stevie Heckert as Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and Jaymie Lunt as Junior Designer, expanding its creative and digital teams.
