On The Move: Carianne Marshall to Step Down as Warner Chappell Co-Chair, MSG Entertainment Promotes Josephine Vaccarello to President

Carianne Marshall is stepping down as Co-Chair and COO of Warner Chappell Music, with CEO Guy Moot assuming sole chair of the publisher. Marshall will remain through the end of 2026 to assist with the transition. She joined WCM in 2018 and became Co-Chair in 2019, during which time she introduced the publisher's Creative Services department.

MSG Entertainment has promoted Josephine Vaccarello to President, expanding her previous EVP role to oversee entertainment and sports bookings across Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, Beacon Theatre, and Sphere in Las Vegas. A near-30-year company veteran, Vaccarello played a key role in curating Billy Joel's 150-show residency at the Garden and Harry Styles' 30-night run.

Three longtime BMG Nashville promotion executives are departing at the end of September: Lee Adams, VP of Promotion at Broken Bow after 25 years and 52 No. 1s; Adrian Michaels, VP at Stoney Creek; and Ken Tucker, VP at Wheelhouse, who spent eight years with the company. Following their exits, national directors Dawn Ferris, Stan Marczewski, and Jennifer Shaffer will report directly to EVP JoJamie Hahr.

Sarah Gallagher, formerly Managing Director of Modest! Management, has launched NDA Talent, a new UK-based boutique management company. She takes longtime clients Olly Murs and Five with her. Before Modest!, Gallagher managed producers and songwriters at Z Management and worked at pop production house Xenomania.

• Warner Chappell Music UK has appointed Annie Christensen as VP, Catalogue, where she will oversee catalog acquisition and rights management. She spent 20 years at Island Records, reaching Co-Head of A&R, working with Ben Howard, Hozier, Mumford & Sons, FLO, and Keane, among others.

• Independent booking agency ROAM has named Maxie Gedge as Head of Artist Delivery, a newly created role overseeing end-to-end delivery across the agency's UK and European operations. She joins from Secretly Group, where she coordinated album campaigns for Mitski and Phoebe Bridgers.

• Sydney's Oxford Creative Academy has announced a new Music Entrepreneurship Diploma launching in 2027, with Nicholas J. Rodwell promoted to RTO Manager and new hires Eshaan Malhotra (Community & Content) and Mia-Marcus Clarke (student support) joining the team.
