International Festival Forum to Expand to Los Angeles

This is the first time the event has been hosted in North America

International Festival Forum (IFF), a major gathering for festival and outdoor event booking, has announced its first North American edition. The conference will take place in Los Angeles at The London in West Hollywood, from September 14-16, 2026.

The details:

  • Representatives from North American festival and summer event programmers, talent buyers, and booking agencies will be in attendance.

  • Numerous heavy hitters in live events, such as CAA, Ground Control Touring, TBA Agency, The Team, UTA, and WME, are founding agency partners.

  • The conference is invite-only.

  • Programming will expand beyond The London and into venues on the nearby Sunset Strip.

  • Applications to attend can be found here.

Background:

  • IFF is based in London.

  • It was first launched in 2015.

  • Current editions bring in 1,000 delegates from the live music business.

  • International Live Music Conference (ILMC) is IFF’s parent company.

What they said:

  • Greg Parmley, Managing Director of ILMC: “We’ve seen incredible demand from across North America over the past few years, and Los Angeles felt like the natural home for IFF’s first expansion outside the UK. The US festival market is one of the most dynamic in the world, and IFF LA will create a space for the key players in that ecosystem to come together, do business, and build for the future.”
