Harry Styles’ Together, Together tour has run into some early hurdles, with fans who bought expensive VIP floor tickets for the opening dates in Amsterdam on May 16 and May 17 complaining of obstructed views.
The issue:
As per Variety, some views were obscured by the 10-feet tall walkways circling the stadium’s floor, on which Styles frequently performed.
The X account ‘Madison is in Amsterdam!’ posted an image of the obscured view and wrote: “@Ticketmaster\_NL @TicketmasterCS why does VIP front GA have reduced visibility? We can’t see anything of the main stage. This is a total scam and false advertising especially after the shit show of security today.”
The response:
A post on Styles’ Instagram story acknowledged fans’ concerns about “sightline obstructions on the floor” and said, “we are actively working on making adjustments to improve visibility.”
It stated that from this Friday the front bridges will be altered in Amsterdam and London.
It added that they are working with “future venues... to make adjustments that also fit within safety code & local compliance.”
Temporary barricade adjustments were made for the May 20 Amsterdam show to improve visibility.
