Erin Carignan joins as Day-to-Day Manager for Ryan Cunningham, and will continue to tour manage The Armed.
Paramore percussionist Joey Mullen joins to co-manage Agriculture with Bingham.
Backstory:
Culture Wave was co-founded in Los Angeles in 2025 by veteran artist managers Jason Mageau and Andrew Jarrin.
It operates as a subsidiary of Red Light Management.
What they said:
Mike Bingham: “When the time came for Polarizer Management to align with a larger company to better serve our artists’ growth, Culture Wave’s scale, momentum, and strategic thinking reflected exactly the trajectory we were striving toward. We couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.”
Andrew Jarrin, Culture Wave Co-Founder: “Mike and Ryan’s collaborative, forward-thinking approach fits seamlessly with what we’re building. Having true partners – people who push and support one another – makes all the difference.”
