Carianne Marshall to Step Down as Co-Chair and Chief Operating Officer of Warner Chappell Music

Warner Chappell Music (WCM), the global publishing arm of Warner Music Group (WMG), has announced that Carianne Marshall is transitioning out of her role as Co-Chair and Chief Operating Officer. WCM CEO Guy Moot will be the sole chair beginning October 1.

• Marshall will remain with WCM through the end of 2026 to assist with a smooth transition.

• Marshall joined WCM in June 2018, becoming Co-Chair in April 2019.
