Believe Launches New Label & Artists Solutions arm in the US

Believe, the global music company based in Paris, has opened its new Label & Artists Solutions business in the US. Thomas Maxwell, who has previous experience at the prominent Paris-based distributor, IDOL, will head up the new operation.

The details:

• Maxwell’s new title is Vice President US, Label & Artist Solutions, Believe.

• He will report to Romain Vivien, Believe’s Global Head of Music.

• In this new role, Maxwell will be in charge of bringing US independent labels into the Believe umbrella via signings and partnerships.

• He will work out of Los Angeles, New York, and Nashville.
