Apple Corps Unveils New Appointments Under CEO Tom Greene

Apple Corps, the company founded in 1968 to oversee The Beatles’ creative and business interests, has announced a series of key hires.

New blood:

• Lux Paterson joins as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer.

• Formerly with Warner Bros Discovery, she will be responsible for running marketing, digital, press & publicity, and strategy.

• Jonathan Sands will focus on Retail and Experiences.

• Having previously founded Star Wars The Exhibition and the Harry Potter Platform 9 ¾ retail group, he will join the executive team to work across broader merchandise strategy, with a focus on visitor experiences and retail.

• Jemma Hill assumes the role of Chief Finance and Operating Officer.

• Her previous employees include literary and entertainment agency The Blair Partnership and The Walt Disney Company.

• Miranda Langford is Head of Marketing.

• She joins from MPL, the umbrella company for the business interests of Paul McCartney.

Promotions:

• After three decades at the company, Cathy Hawkes has been promoted to Chief of Staff.

• General Counsel Neil Mohring will, after seven years at Apple Corps, lead all business affairs, completing the executive team line-up.

New leader:

• The hires follow the September appointment of Tom Greene as CEO.

• He replaced Jeff Jones, who stepped down as CEO after 17 years in 2024.

• He is only the third CEO in Apple Corps’ history.
