The space will take over the building that used to house the famous punk club Emo’s
Global live event promoter AEG Presents has announced Moonline, a new venue opening in Austin, Texas, in early 2027. The upcoming spot will take over the Emo’s building adding new upgrades and renovations.

Moonline will have a capacity of 1,500.
Upgrades include a new sound system, green rooms, backstage areas, and guest amenities.
AEG is also about to open the 4,000-capacity United Heritage Hall one mile away from Moonline, creating a vibrant live music ecosystem in the East Riverside neighborhood.
