


AEG Presents Acquires Gary Musick Productions
The deal expands AEG’s presence in event production and destination management
AEG Presents has announced the acquisition of Nashville-based special events production company Gary Musick Productions (GMP) and its affiliated entity, Destination Musick City (DMC).
The deal:
- Gary Musick Productions – which has produced more than 10,000 events, concerts and corporate meetings over the past 45 years – will retain its name.
- It will continue to provide corporate and social event services, including audio-visual production, scenic fabrication, custom set design, live streaming and branded integration.
- It will allow GMP to expand its design and fabrication services in music festivals and concert touring while introducing clients to AEG Presents’ network of event venues and entertainment offerings.
- The team will remain based in Nashville, with Gary Musick continuing to lead the company.
- Destination Musick City will remain a specialized destination management company focused on providing immersive experiences and full meeting execution services for groups visiting Nashville.
