Richard Alan Masters (born August 5, 1955) is an American visual artist, graphic designer, and coin designer. He is a professor emeritus of art at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, having taught there for 19 years. Masters earned his MFA degree in 1990 from the University of Iowa, where he specialized in design and drawing.
