Gwendolyn Dease is a percussionist and marimbist, and an associate professor of percussion at Michigan State University College of Music. She began her musical journey at age two, studying piano and violin. Dease maintains an active career as a solo, chamber, and orchestral musician, performing classical and contemporary works internationally.
