David Massey is a British-born American record executive and former artist manager. He began managing bands in college before moving to New York in 1991 as VP of A&R at Epic Records. He later served as president of Universal Music Group's Mercury Records and Island Records. In 2018, he relaunched Arista Records as President/CEO under Sony Music Entertainment, retiring in 2025 after seven successful years.
