David Norris Phelps (born October 21, 1969) is an American Christian music vocalist, songwriter, vocal arranger, and producer. He is known for his powerful tenor voice and his work as a solo artist and as a member of the Gaither Vocal Band. Phelps has received numerous Dove Awards and Grammy Awards.
