


Venu Holding Corporation Promotes Terri Liebler and Tom Ashley
The move reflects Venu’s market growth and strategic development
Venu Holding Corporation, which develops, owns and operates upscale live music venues and premium hospitality destinations in high growth, underserved markets, has announced Terri Liebler as President of its newly established Growth and Strategy division. Tom Ashley has been appointed President of Real Estate and Development.
The new roles:
As per Venu, Liebler will spearhead strategic initiatives focused on building key partnerships with industry stakeholders, developing revenue streams and advancing venue development in priority markets.
Ashley will oversee all real estate acquisitions, construction financing and project development.
As per Pollstar, he will also “guide the execution of an exclusive three-year agreement with Ryan, LLC to launch eight new strategic markets each year.”
Both appointments reflect Venu’s “focus on strategic development, operational scale, and long-term shareholder value.”

Prior she spent 22 years at Live Nation, most recently as Senior Vice President in the Media and Sponsorship Division.
Ashley was the CEO of HighAltitude Equipment in Colorado Springs and held executive leadership positions at banking institutions in Colorado and Kansas.
