UTA Makes Six New Executive Hires

United Talent Agency (UTA) has made a slew of new hires and promotions. Several agents have been brought on, and an entirely new “coordinator class” has been named to support agents and executives.

Personnel:

• Anthony Brown and Becky Drouet join the London office as agents.

• Brown comes from CAA to focus on hip-hop and R&B clients, while Drouet arrives from LPO to work on the the corporate/ private group.

• Chris Anderson, Randy Freedman, Jordan Golenberg, and Lauren Katzakian have joined the Los Angeles office.

• Anderson and Golenberg will be agents. Freedman will be an agent while working on music brand partnerships. Katzakian will be an executive of business affairs.

• The latest coordinators include Juan Aguirre, Lindsey Cole, Alia Lopotanak, and Mark Soleymani in LA.

• Julian Huff, Pearse Matteson, and Jenna Shatzman will be coordinators in New York.

• Cat Ingersoll has been promoted to coordinator in Nashville.

• Dylan Bryant, Brooke Newton, and Emily Rhodes are the latest coordinators in London.

• UTA: “With over a decade of experience at Universal Music Group (UMG) and elsewhere, Katzakian is the newest member of the UTA Business Affairs team focusing on touring and Music Brand Partnerships.”

• “Freedman also arrives via UMG, and will focus his efforts within the Music Brand Partnerships division, where he brings more than a decade of experience creating talent partnerships for some of the world’s leading artists and brands. Golenberg joins from Day After Day Productions and will bring several years of booking experience to his new role.”
