CTS Eventim, Europe’s largest ticketing services provider, has announced Thorsten Schäffler as its new Chief Product Officer, effective 16 July.
The role:
Schäffler will be responsible for product management across all B2B and B2C products, and will further develop the company’s overarching product strategy.
A key focus will be the increased use of generative AI to provide promoter clients with precise data analysis and predictive models to aid informed decision-making.
He will report to Karel Dörner, CTO of CTS Eventim.

Schäffler was previously Chief Digital Product Officer at Enpal, Europe’s market leader in photovoltaic systems.
He also served at mobility provider Flix, online furniture retailer Westwing, and Boston Consulting Group.
