The Circuit Group Launches Red Wire Publishing
Partners with Kobalt for global rights administration
Artist management collective The Circuit Group, which was founded in 2023 by veterans of artist management firms Seven20 and AYITA, has launched Red Wire Publishing. The new division is dedicated to providing boutique music publishing services to artists and songwriters worldwide.
The details:
Red Wire will be headquartered in Los Angeles and spearheaded by Circuit Co-Founder and Partner David Gray, although Gray will relocate to Nashville to expand the company’s presence.
Gray co-founded AYITA Management and manages artists such as Grammy-nominee Camden Cox and Grammy-winner Avedon.
At launch Red Wire administers more than 300 copyrights, with global rights administration powered by Kobalt.
The first signings:
UK songwriter and vocalist Stevie Appleton (Tiësto, John Summit, Lost Frequencies)
Nariman Akrami (Chris Lake, Sammy Virji, Eli Brown, Carlita)
Grammy-winning UK producer Alex Metric (Dua Lipa, Daft Punk, Silk City)
Chart-topping house DJ Secondcity
Rising tech house talent Tommy Cooperman of HILLS
LA-based multi-instrumentalist Galo
Mexico City duo RØZ
What they said:
David Gray, President of Red Wire: “Red Wire was born from our management-first philosophy – helping artists not just get deals done, but build careers over the long term. We’re not interested in being the biggest publisher. We want to be the most effective and the most trusted, hyper-focused on developing talent and creating opportunities for our clients. Partnering with Kobalt gives us world-class infrastructure while keeping our boutique and hands-on approach intact.”
