
Music technology and services company Symphonic has promoted four members of its executive leadership team.
The promotions:
Janette Berrios rises from VP, Corporate Marketing to SVP, Corporate Marketing.
Based in Tampa, she will report to CEO & Founder Jorge Brea.
Ed Poston moves from Head of A&R to SVP, Head of A&R.
He will continue to report to Chief Creative Officer Randall Foster, and is based in New York.
Taylor Garland is promoted from Chief Financial Officer to EVP & CFO.
Based in Tampa, he will report to Brea.
Lane Roney is elevated from VP of Finance to SVP, Finance.
He will report to Garland, and is also based in Tampa.

Symphonic says Berrios has played a key role in the company’s international expansion strategy across the UK, Europe, and APAC.
She also leads Symphonic’s Women Empowered mentorship program, and oversees networking series Creative Connections.
Poston has been Symphonic’s Head of A&R since 2025, leading a team of 36 creatives worldwide.
His recent signings include Afrosalto (Afrojack & Gregor Salto), They Might Be Giants, Red Street Records, Judge & Jury Records, Lake Street Dive, European label Roq N Rolla Music, and more.
Roney joined Symphonic in 2021, and his achievements include leading internal finance efforts related to the company’s successful Series B financing in 2021.
Garland joined as CFO in 2017, with a background in investment banking, private equity and entrepreneurial ventures in a variety of industries.
As EVP, he will oversee Symphonic’s Human Resources department, as well as Head of Strategic Partnerships Michelle Garramone, and assist in wider business development initiatives and legal support.
