Nu Shooz were formed in Portland, Oregon, by guitarist John Smith and vocalist/percussionist Valerie Day.
The duo’s catalog includes 1986 album Poolside, and their Top 5 Billboard 100 hit, “I Can’t Wait.”
Expanding catalog:
Nu Shooz’ music joins Seeker’s growing $400 million portfolio of songs by artists such as Christopher Cross, Joan Jett, Run the Jewels, The Go-Gos’ Charlotte Caffey, Jon Bellion, and more.
