Ticketing platform SeatGeek has announced Matt Herman as its new Chief Marketing Officer.
The role:
Herman will oversee SeatGeek’s marketing organization, guiding brand strategy, growth marketing, and communications.
Backstory:
Herman was previously with e-commerce company Wayfair, where he led Search, Recommendations and Marketing Technology across the company’s $12 billion platform.
He has deep experience at the intersection of marketing, data science and technology.
He helped scale Wayfair from $1 billion to more than $12 billion in revenue, leading large cross-functional organizations focused on personalization, search, and customer experience.
Other appointments:
SeatGeek has also announced Sarah Kettler as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications.
She will oversee all aspects of brand, customer marketing, and communications.
She will report to Herman.
