ROSTR Expands Leadership Team to Accelerate Growth

ROSTR has bolstered its leadership team with two strategic hires, with Jess O’Donnell joining as Head of Growth and Partnerships, and Santiago Restrepo Abisambra as Head of Latin America.

• With ROSTR accelerating its growth initiatives across the music ecosystem, the additions of O’Donnell and Abisambra will enable it to move faster and with greater reach than ever before.

The hires:

• O’Donnell joins ROSTR from a seven-year tenure with Apple’s Growth Marketing team.

• Her deep expertise in growth and performance marketing will strengthen ROSTR’s efforts to reach and retain a rapidly expanding user base.

• Restrepo previously led Business Development at Last Tour America, the independent Spanish live music promoter behind festivals such as Ondas and BIME, negotiating sponsorship agreements with B2B and B2C partners. Previously, served as A&R for the Andean and Caribbean region at ONErpm.

• His network and deal-making experience position ROSTR to launch a significant presence in Latin America.

• Both executives will report to ROSTR’s Chief Growth Officer, Vivian Wang Donohue.
