ONErpm Restructures Global Marketing With Specialized Hubs

New global and regional hubs will be led by Iasmine Amazonas and Isaac Miranda

ONErpm has reorganized its 200-person global marketing operation, introducing specialized hubs to unify artist marketing and promotion across territories as music moves more fluidly between markets.

What it means:

  • Local teams will continue managing artist relationships and in-market execution, supported by new global and regional hubs designed to coordinate campaigns across territories.

  • The hubs will be led by CMO Iasmine Amazonas, formerly Chief of Staff, Brazil, and Global Marketing Director Isaac Miranda, formerly Director, Asia.

  • Global specialty hubs will cover Paid Media (Will Sword); DSPs (George D’Errico, now Global Head of Streaming Partnerships); International Marketing (Jenna LoMonaco, now SVP, International Marketing); and YouTube Marketing (new hire Jorge Amaya).

  • New hire Caroline Abs will be responsible for several key hubs, as well as institutional marketing and PR, including Design (Tim Kin); Social Media (Camila Cesar); and Studios (Natalia Mercatti).

Regional hubs:

  • The regional hubs will unite efforts across multiple markets, with the US led by Casey Childers, now VP, Digital Strategy US, Latin America, Aus/NZ, Jamaica; and LATAM led by Andrés Graff Navarro, formerly Head of Marketing, Mexico.

  • Other hubs will cover Brazil and Lusophone territories (Mariane Correa); Russia and Eastern Europe (Aleksandr Shanin); Europe and Africa (Blessing Manafa); and APAC (TBD).

Global growth:

  • ONErpm has more than 650 staff members across 48 offices in 37 countries.

  • It has opened 24 offices in 20 countries in the past five years alone.

  • The company says its operations have helped drive regional hits and local chart success in countries such as Nigeria, Turkey, and the Philippines.

  • Recent examples include Ghanaian act DopeNation’s “Kakalika,” which ONErpm promoted across Africa, Europe and Latin America to help turn viral momentum into international growth.

What they said:

  • Isaac Miranda, Global Marketing Director: “We’ve proven our ability to disrupt local markets around the globe. Now, we’re taking aim at the legacy mindset that limits independent artists to regional success. Our global and regional hubs democratize access to top-tier international marketing expertise, giving our partners the backing of central knowledge and best-in-class execution. It allows culture to flow globally from anywhere on earth, without losing the local engine that knows them best.”
