Sulinna Ong is leaving Spotify to become Management Partner for U2 at Full Stop Management, joining Irving and Jeffrey Azoff. Before Spotify, she held senior roles at Sony Music, Live Nation, and Deezer.
Frank Rogers has been named CEO of Spirit Music, stepping up from Chief Creative Officer. A producer with 46 No. 1 singles, Rogers has been with Spirit Music Nashville since 2019 and will continue as President of Fluid Music Revolution.
After nearly ten years at Sony Music Nashville — most recently as VP of International Marketing and Artist Development — Liz Cost is leaving at the end of June. During her tenure she ran global campaigns for Luke Combs, Kane Brown, and Megan Moroney, among others.
Anna Kolander has been promoted to Partner at Activist Artists Management after 13 years with the company, the last stretch as day-to-day manager for The Lumineers.
Todd Stepp is back at Provident Entertainment as SVP, overseeing marketing, digital, creative, and label services. He previously held a VP role there before moving to TPR., where he was SVP of Global Marketing.
Taz Sharp, formerly of Levellr, joins Laylo as Director of Artists & Events, EMEA, leading the US platform's expansion across the UK and Europe.
Ed Watson, formerly of BBC Radio 1, joins UK marketing agency Blackstar as Artist Strategy Director, based in New York, as the company looks to deepen its North American presence.

ZaZa Kazadi has been promoted to Senior Director of A&R, UK & Europe at Sony Music Publishing, focused on hip-hop, R&B and Afrobeats in London.
Haily Harris joins Combustion Music as Creative Manager, coming from Wrensong Entertainment and Jody Williams Songs.
Brad Banducci is stepping down as Group CEO of Ticketek Entertainment Group at the end of May. COO Cameron Hoy takes over.
Veenerick "Veen" Vos van Liempt has been named EVP of Brand Partnerships & Revenue at Breakaway, based in New York.
Hannah Angst joins Secretly Distribution as Director of Label and Shared Services; Jacqui Resur, a 20-year company veteran, was promoted to VP of Client Relations.
