Spotify has promoted Joe Hadley to Vice President of Global Music Content and Partnerships, expanding his role to include oversight of the platform's editorial team alongside his existing partnerships responsibilities. Hadley joined Spotify in 2022 after several years as a booking agent at The Windish Agency and CAA, where he served as Global Co-Head of Hip-Hop and R&B. J.J. Italiano has been named Head of Editorial, reporting to Hadley.
WME has promoted Sara Williams to Head of Music Marketing, where she will lead a team of more than 20 across campaigns, ticketing, partnerships, branding, and media for the agency's full music roster. Based in Nashville and reporting to Global Head of Music Kirk Sommer, Williams joined WME's marketing team in 2019 and has worked with Luke Combs, Zach Bryan, Kane Brown, and Duran Duran, among others.
Warner Music Central Europe has launched Warner Records Germany, a new Berlin-based frontline label led by Lea Londa as Director, reporting to Jean-Sebastien Permal, SVP of A&R for Central Europe and EMEA. Londa has spent over a decade at Warner Music Central Europe, rising from media manager to Marketing Director and overseeing campaigns for Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, and Udo Lindenberg, among others.
CORE Talent Agency has launched in Australia, backed by UNIFIED Music Group's Jaddan Comerford and Lemon Tree Music's Regan Lethbridge, and led by Desiree Venuto (ex-Lonely Lands Agency) and Adam Montgomery (ex-Four Tone Artists) as Co-General Managers. The agency launches with a roster including Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers, The Terrys, Budjerah, and Slowly Slowly.

Jade Skelly has been named General Manager of Laneway Festival, replacing Jessie Parker who departed after 17 years. Skelly was previously GM of Splendour in the Grass and has held senior roles at Big Day Out and Download Festival Australia.
Warp Publishing and Australian publisher Gaga Music have deepened their longstanding partnership, with Warp Director Theo Seffusatti and General Manager Nadine Riezouw joining Gaga's board alongside founder Grant Gillies.
Jeff Tobias has joined royalty platform Mogul as VP of Sales, where he'll lead enterprise sales and go-to-market strategy. He previously held senior commercial roles at Tone, Stem, and ONErpm, including Head of Country Music at ONErpm.
Diane Pearson, SVP of the Entertainment & Sports Division at City National Bank Nashville, has been elected President of the Leadership Music Board for 2026–27. Four new board members were also named: Mitch Glazier (RIAA), Scott Jungmichel (SESAC), Stacy Blythe (Big Loud Records), and Kris Ahrend (The MLC).
