On The Move: Lucy Dickins Lands at CAA; PRS for Music CEO Announces 2026 Departure

Lucy Dickins is heading to CAA after her departure from WME last week. The former Global Head of Contemporary Music & Touring will join the agency's Managing Director committee and continue working with high-level artists, based out of Los Angeles starting mid-April.

UK collection society PRS for Music announced Thursday that CEO Andrea Czapary Martin will step down at the end of 2026. Martin joined in 2019 and leaves having guided the organization to record royalty distributions of over £1 billion.

beatBread has brought on Christine Barnum, Michael Poole, and Jameson Toole in fractional leadership roles. Barnum comes from nearly 20 years at CD Baby as COO and CRO and will serve as Head of Financial Operations. Poole joins as CFO and Toole, a former Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Spotify, comes aboard as Board Advisor on AI and Machine Learning.

Electric Feel Entertainment has promoted Jamie Lierk to COO, tapping the seven-year company veteran to oversee operations across its Los Angeles and Nashville offices and help lead the buildout of its forthcoming Miami expansion.

AEG International promoted nine across its Global Partnerships division. Georgina Iceton, Will Dowdy, and Matthew Zweck all move into SVP roles, while Laura Palairet, Matt Botten, Liana Mellotte, Ollie Blake, Carla Morini, and Katie Cavanagh were promoted to VP.

  • Sony Music Publishing promoted Michael Riggs to SVP, Licensing & Income Tracking, where he'll continue to lead the Licensing, Sync Administration, Global Income Tracking, and Client Audit teams.

  • Warner Chappell Music has named Edward Matthew as VP, International A&R and Head of Creative for Scandinavia. Matthew founded Stockholm-based publishing and management company Lilly Raye Music, which has been in a joint venture with WCM since 2019.

  • Ground Control Touring signed Nashville-based agent Tommy Alexander, who joins from The Team (formerly Wasserman Music).

  • Lucky Group added five across its management and agency divisions with Alex Tate and Charley Pope joining Teamwrk Management as Artist Managers, Tom Morrey coming aboard Lucky Agency as Sr. Agent, and Charlton Tran and Oliver Stitt as Junior Agents.

  • Nashville's Richlynn Group promoted Tyler Phillips, Emma Eyre, and Carly Scognamiglio to Account Manager roles.
