
Live Nation has made another major investment in Latin America by partnering with Argentine entertainment company Dale Play. The agreement includes Live Nation acquiring a majority stake in Dale Play’s live events arm, Dale Play Live.

Live Nation will continue working with DF Entertainment in the region as well to expand the market for Spanish-language music.
Live Nation has had a majority stake in DF Entertainment since 2018.
Dale Play Founder and CEO Federico Lauria will continue overseeing creative and strategic direction.
