Live Nation Announces 3,000-Capacity Singapore Venue, Grange House

The space will be operational by mid-2027

Live Nation has announced that its new purpose-built, 3,000-capacity venue in the heart of Singapore’s Orchard Road will be called Grange House. It will open by mid-2027.

Why it matters:

  • The venue fills a gap between Singapore’s smaller venues and its large-scale arenas and stadiums, opening new opportunities for artists and tours.

  • It also contributes to the rejuvenation of Orchard Road.

The venue:

  • Designed by Blueprint Studio, Live Nation’s in-house design team, the touring giant says Grange House will pair “exceptional acoustics and sightlines with bespoke hospitality, curated food and drink options, and artist facilities designed to meet international touring standards.”

  • The venue will be available to all promoters and event organizers.

  • Indoor and outdoor spaces have been designed for people to gather throughout the day.

  • It’s being developed with support from the Singapore Tourism Board.

What they said:

  • Edward Liu, Managing Director, Live Nation Singapore: “Singapore has been an important market for Live Nation since launching in 2006. During that time, we’ve invested in our local team, built strong partnerships and brought an incredible range of artists and live experiences to fans here. We continue to see enormous potential for live entertainment in Singapore, and Grange House is the next step in that journey.”
